My own mother tongue was Marathi and I did study English till I came in Grade 7. However, when I realized how important it is to know English fluently, it became too late to become a master in English language. Yet, I later studied English during my higher studies and now I can even comfortably talk to people in English. Even in my professional life I realized how important it is to know English. The project is based in Tamilnadu and volunteers are needed who are fluent both in English and Tamil in order to teach school kids how to communicate in English. Interested candidates may contact them and thus help fellow citizens.
